Got Germs? CRL provides professional disinfecting and sanitizing services, not general cleaning. Our electrostatic application is designed to reduce the presence of germs, bacteria, and viruses on surfaces. This service does not remove visible dirt, dust, stains, or clutter.
While we use approved disinfectants and professional techniques, no disinfecting service can guarantee complete elimination of all pathogens.
Preparation Instructions (Required Before Arrival)
To ensure safety and effectiveness, please complete the following prior to service:
• Remove or secure food, beverages, and utensils
• Put away personal hygiene items (toothbrushes, cosmetics, etc.)
• Store or cover sensitive electronics if necessary
• Remove pets from treatment areas
• Ensure the space is accessible at the scheduled time
• Clear excessive clutter from surfaces
Items / Areas That Should NOT Be Sprayed
Please inform us in advance if your space contains:
• Exposed artwork or delicate materials
• Unsealed wood or specialty finishes
• Sensitive medical equipment
• Open liquids
• Any surface requiring special handling
Our technicians avoid inappropriate surfaces, but client communication is essential.
During Service
• Occupants should vacate treated areas when possible
• Avoid contact with surfaces until dry
• Follow any technician guidance provided onsite
After Service
• Allow adequate drying / settling time
• Ventilate space if recommended
• Resume normal use once surfaces are dry
Liability & Acknowledgment
By proceeding with service, you acknowledge:
• This is a disinfecting / sanitizing service only
• Preparation responsibilities belong to the client
• Got Germs? CRL is not responsible for pre-existing damage
• Got Germs? CRL is not liable for items not removed or disclosed
